You can change your pen name anytime at the "Profile" tab.

Tap on your current pen name and edit it✍

4. Attempt to log in from a different device: If the problem persists, try logging in from another device. This will help determine whether the issue is specific to your current device.

To regain access to your account, you can reset your password. Please go to Writer's Platform and select the "Already have an account - Sign In” option.

After that, you can choose “Forgot your password? Reset” and enter the email you have used for signing up.

📧Check your email inbox for the password resetting email.

Updating your email is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Visit the "Profile."
2. Enter your password and tap your current email to edit it.
3. Click on the "Change" button.
4. You will receive a confirmation email. Check the inbox and confirm the change!

💡 You can change the associated email address only if your primary registration method was email and password. If you signed up via Google, you can’t change it.

Regrettably, there's no direct way to modify your password in account settings. However, you can reset your password.

Visit Writer's Center, click on the "Sign In" button, and choose the "Already have an account - Sign In" option. Next, select "Forgot your password? Reset" and input the email you used during the sign-up process.

📧You'll receive an email with a link to update your password.

On the Writer’s page, press your avatar in the left corner to open the Profile settings and choose Account section. Then, press the Logout button.
