Submitting a support ticketIf you can't find your answer here, contact us via the support form. Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your pen name or book title (if relevant)
- A clear description of the issue, with any error messages or screenshots
- General inquiries: 2–3 business days
- Contract review status: the editorial team will contact you if additional information is needed; otherwise, review times are listed in How long does it take to get my contract approved?
- Payment issues: handled by the Writer ops team, typically 3–5 business days
- Legal requests (DMCA, COPYTRACK): forwarded to our legal team — response time depends on case complexity
For collaboration, media, or business proposals, email [email protected] directly. General support tickets about partnerships will be forwarded there.
What support cannot do- Change contract terms once signed
- Speed up editorial review beyond standard SLA
- Process payouts outside the regular withdrawal schedule
Use this checklist to make sure everything is ready before you submit your contract application. Incomplete applications are the most common cause of delays.

- Email address is correct and accessible (all contract and payment notifications go here)
- Pen name is set — note: pen name cannot be easily changed after the contract is signed
- Profile verification is completed and approved
- Government-issued ID submitted (passport, national ID, or driver's licence)
- Photo/scan meets format and size requirements
⚠️ You cannot apply for a contract with rejected or pending verification.

- At least 10,000 words uploaded
- Book cover meets platform requirements (correct dimensions, no prohibited content)

- You've decided between Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or MAB Exclusive
- For Exclusive: you understand the book must be removed from all other platforms within the agreed period

Once all boxes are checked, go to Novels → Apply Contract and submit your application.
